Halloween celebrations began with a trip to Mac, Virginia, Grant, and Lynn's house for a party. I walked with mimi to the door to say trick-or-treat and to get the party started. (You will remember that these friends have a chicken. I remembered too and that is why I am talking about a chicken in this video.)

I was so tired from my first trick-or-treat that I had to have a little rest. I'm as busy a bee as any other but sometimes even a bee needs to take five.

Lots of friends came to the party. Here are Virginia, Sarah, and Emma decorating sugar cookies. I made a pumpkin cookie - well, I ate a pumpkin cookie.

Grant got creative too. This appetizer looks like a snake. O Wow!
Elyse and I were both dressed like bugs. We had a lot of fun playing together.

Sometimes Elyse and I would ask our mommas to wear our antenna - mommas are very good at holding onto things that you don't want to carry around yourself but that you know you will want latter.

Ladybug!
Playing! Emma has wings too (she put them on later). She taught me to say "Tinkerbell."

Baby Louis came as an almost 2 week old baby - I think he pulled it off. This is Jane, Sarah's momma, holding him.

Did I mention that this Halloween party was very fun?

Things with wings . . .

When the fairies were not looking I took the liberty or borrowing Virginia's pumpkin - why have just one, when you can so easily have two?
Great fairies, no?

Running on the porch -
BEE HAPPY

BEE HAPPY
After the party we went to Uncle Jay and Uncle Rick's house to trick-or-treat and you will never guess who was there . . .
Yea! Two bugs on a porch!
I've got a great idea for a pose - you move to your right and I'll scoot over here to my left . . .

Tadaa!
We made one last stop on our Halloween adventure.
Here I am at Auntie Em and Auntie Manda's house saying, "Trick-or-Treat."
Thank you everyone for making this a great Halloween!
