Sailing another boat

Daddy, Bill, and I went to our boat to do a little repair work.  We got pretty tired of being on a boat but not sailing!  We saw our friends Phil and Cheryl and invited ourselves aboard Tranquility!  What a great sail!

We went out to the ship channel which is open again after the oil spill.  No sign of oil in the water.  See the cruise ship?!

There was so much to see from Tranquility!

AND this is the spinnaker!  Oh wow is it an amazing sail!

Name That Book

I was on the K-2 Name That Book Team for my school, Garden Oaks.

 Here's the team: Fabian, Jorge, Victoria, Brice, Daniel, and me!

Momma was one of the coaches.  Here we are just before leaving our house.  See how we match?

 Okay, so actually I am working on crawling.  I can get anywhere I want to go with a inchworm type move.  I do get on my hands and knees and rock.  It won't be long.

My brother wrote this about me.  

It says: Baby brother, I love you because we hold hands and we play together.

Owen here: I lost my first tooth!!!!  

It came out of February 12 while we were eating dinner at Pluckers.

I am now getting my hair cut at Planet Curlz.  It is only for people, like me and momma, with curly hair.  Please notice my water glass.

We took my friends Sterling and Sebastian sailing!  (We brought their parents, too.)

So, I am trying to learn to crawl.  This picture was taken a few weeks ago.  At this point I can get wherever I want to go with an inch-worm move.  It's a little cumbersome but it works!

This is my brother's calendar.  It has a piece of artwork pictured for each day.

This is where my parents put me while they get ready.

It offers a great view of a cute baby!

This is what my big brother looks like sleeping.

When not sleeping, my brother is very busy!  This is a recent experiment about weight.  He is putting these items in order based on how much they weigh.

Sometimes he weighs two things at once.

In January, we actually had some ice!!!  Wow!  We don't typically have ice in Houston.  In fact, this is the first ice we've had in seven years.  Owen and I did not have school because of the ice one day:

So, my brother made a snowman!

I am particularly fond of the green mouth!

And he introduced me to PupPup!

I approve!

Owen also made a picture about snow (please note: there wasn't any snow - just ice).  The picture says, "White, Crunch, and Quiet."

What?  No, of course I didn't make a snowman or snow picture.  I'm just a baby!
