Happy Happy Thanksgiving!
Hello Turkeys!
We had a Thanksgiving feast! It was so wonderful to eat with my aunties Boo and Lori and my momma and daddy.
I ate green beans, dressing, mashed potatoes, and sweet potatoes!
See my spoons? They have my name and birthday on them. They are for special occasions like today's wonderful lunch! Thank you mimi and pops for the spoons.
My friend Elyse and her mom and dad and her grand- parents came to our house to share desserts and WOW! I got to try pumpkin cheesecake. I was not so sure about it at first but I quickly discovered I really like it.
Here I am with my auntie Lori. I am going to call her LoLo!
I love to play under the table. This picture is from yesterday when I was wearing my "I love vegetables" shirt to get ready for the big day.
Happy Thanksgiving!
My aunties Boo and Lori came to Houston from Kansas for Thanksgiving. I have heard so much about them and now I have met them AND I LOVE them! Here are some videos from today.
This video is of auntie Boo and daddy playing a game with me. Daddy puts a kitchen towel over my head - it is super funny.
In this video you can see the fun I was having at the turkey table. I emptied my sippy cup onto my highchair tray and then I splashed and made noise. I encouraged everyone else to try this very fun activity. They turned me down - they don't know what they are missing!

Hutson and Owen - friendship continued
Hutson is one year older than I am. He was born on February 14th and I was born on February 4th one year later. So, in the first pictures, Hutson is 21 months old and I am 9 months old. In the second pictures, Hutson is 18 months old and I am 7 months old and in the last pictures, Hutson is 16 months old and I am 4 months old.
I love Hutson but I was not so excited about being still next to him for a picture. I was, as always, very excited to try and steal his nose.

Walk and Wave
I have just learned to wave. If you look at these little pictures, you can see that I am opening and closing my hand to wave. I really like to wave at myself.

Some of my favorite things
Pup Pup. He's a dog with a white body and red ears and a green tail and I love him. He sleeps with me and very often I bring him with me out of the crib in the morning and then he plays with me all day. Momma just gave him a bath and I missed him while he was away.
The dishwasher. Boy, this thing is so amazing! I love to try and figure out how it works.
Can you read my shirt? It says: "I still live with my parents." I believe it's called failure to launch. Thanks Mary Catherine for the great t-shirt. You are so funny.

He's making a list . . .
. . . and checking it twice!

"What do you mean you already checked it tiwce?! Well, check it again old man! That's Stepp with two Ps!"
You can tell I am sick in this one. Poor me! You can also see the gate behind me. My parents put it in for the cats. They really like to squeeze their bodies under it to get up and down the stairs. They totally enjoy this (not really). I have a lot of fun laying on my tummy and looking down the stairs at the cats.

Santa Baby
While at Target to get my medicine I got this Santa puppet. I was having a very hard time and needed a distraction. I thought this guy was super funny.
I am planning on feeling much better tomorrow. I am also planning to play with Santa a lot!
Nine Month Pictures

Me, momma, baby Elyse, Aunt Sharron, and Elyse's grandma drove to Austin on Friday to see Aunt Callie, Hutson, and Uncle Mike. Aunt Callie took my nine month pictures and pictures for our Christmas card. We are keeping those a secret for now but you will see them soon. Aunt Callie does amazing work. I was actually starting to get sick on Friday (momma thought I was just teething) and so I was leaking from my eyes and nose and not feeling so happy. And even with all that, Aunt Callie took great photos. We went to a park near Aunt Callie's house. There were ducks there.

The family that sneezes together . . .
Even though I am really feeling lousy I am having a lot of fun walking behind my blue hippo. Yesterday I would play a little while and then lay down and rest and then play again but mostly I wanted to be held and rocked. I have felt a little better today.
I feel like I am a star in a movie - maybe I could call it The Blair Snot Project. Momma was telling me this morning at 4:00 AM, when I was no longer willing to cough and sneeze by myself, that there was this movie that she was never going to let me see, called "The Blair Witch Project". Anyway, it involved lots of snot. Daddy encouraged us to talk about something else or better yet, to go back to sleep.
I had a lot of fun with coat hangers today. I was helping with the laundry. I am a very excellent helper!
