Must be Santa

Post by Owen

You will not believe what Pops sent in the mail!!!!
Have you ever seen such a huge Santa!!!!
Oh my!  I was so excited!

It got a little cold outside (it was actually raining but I insisted we put Santa up right away), so I came in to watch in our nice warm house.
On the window ledge is Bowser (he's the small green and yellow figure).  Bowser and I are super good friends.  He sleeps with me every night.

The snowman I made is on the left and Momma's is on the right.  You might notice that they are holding hands!

Said by me lately:

"Are we going to put lights on our weeds?" (In reference to the garland on the rail of our upstairs porch.)

"We should teach Grayson baby karate.  He could get baby belts and I will teach him to kick and punch."

Owen: "I wish Mrs. Ramon weren't teaching with Mrs. Bruce in my class anymore."
Daddy: "How come?"
O: "She just takes away all your recess if you don't listen and I NEVER listen!"
D: "What about the other students?"
O: "Oh no way - something like 21 students don't listen."
D: "How many students are there in your class?"
O: "23 and only two of them listen so we never have recess."

The office

Posted by Grayson:

This is my big brother, Owen, when he was 5 months old playing in what Momma and Daddy called his office!

Isn't he cute?

NOW . . .

Here I am in the office.  I was also 5 months old when this picture was taken.

I am certainly cute, too!

My brother still thinks the office is pretty fun!

Thanksgiving

Post by Grayson

This is the only picture from the actual cooking/eating portion of our Thanksgiving.  It is a shot of our sink that Momma thought was strangely attractive.

We had a lot of great time together!

And it was a fun day of two holidays in one!
These were created by my big brother.

And then we went sailing!  Here I am on the boat!

I was a little chilly so I stayed bundled up.  My Aunt Nettie and Uncle Bill went with us.  We sailed to Galveston, spent the night, and then sailed back home.

I love to chew my finger!

Staying warm with my Momma!

Once we were back home, my big brother and I had a lot of fun being silly on my parents' bed.

Still more

Post by Owen.

You know how much I love my puppies.  Well, recently, I had a lot of fun putting them to bed in bunk beds.

Here's an up-close look at the bunk beds.  You might notice some new friends: a skunk, Stinky, top right, and a dalmatian, Mason, bottom right.  Both of these were given to me by my teacher.

I am really enjoying music.  I love the drum.

Here's a close up of a song I wrote for the drum.

More Catch Up

Do I have something on my face?

What?

I am glad you could all come.  I have several things to discuss with you . . .
(You will notice my cheeks are red in this picture.  It took about a month to get them back to normal after my surgery.  My surgery meant I no longer wear the NAM which means no tape on my cheeks.  I am still wearing some tape on my lip (you may have noticed in other pictures) it is to help my scar heal and to help it lengthen.)

My Uncle Blake came to visit!

We took him sailing!  Daddy is explaining some of the helm gadgets.

Pretty day on the Bay.

This is me on the boat.  I am not startled, I just have really big eyes.

Uncle Blake also went to the Children's Retreat with us.  Don't worry, my big brother was there too.  He just didn't want to have his picture taken.

Granddaddy also came to visit!

I am one happy boy!

My big brother is such fun!

Just relaxing.

A still life of life with a 5 year old and a 5 month old.

Here we are: 5 years and 5 months.
