Happy Easter: Part II - Church

Sure seemed like lots of people found baskets with goodies when they awoke this morning because everyone at church was in such a good mood.

See me with Jimp? And the big kids? Mac is the teenager who looks like me - we have the same hair! I think you know everyone else (Byron, Virginia, and Alexa -- there are more kids, of course, but I did not get a picture of everyone.)

I had a great time at church. I even got to explore the sanctuary! What fun!

Happy Easter: Part I - The Basket

When I came upstairs this morning there was a basket full of goodies. I got so excited I dropped Pup Pup.

My basket had a book, a baby, and eggs filled with blocks and with meringue candy. I liked the candy a whole lot.

What a great surprise! Happy Easter everyone!

Easter Egg Hunt

We had an Easter Egg Hunt today at Church.  Wow!  I had so much fun.

I found eggs and opened them with my friend, Elyse.

I actually got so excited that I rolled around and laughed!

My friend Stephanie came too.  She is just a little younger than I am.

I liked to examine everything in my eggs.

Ian and his parents found eggs.  Ian can talk in sentences - and I don't mean in baby talk - I mean the grown-ups understand what he is saying.  He is almost two.

Momma, are you sure it's okay for me to open all these eggs?

Emmies and Meredith talking about eggs.  Emmies found the wonderful stuff to go in our eggs.  She is an amazing friend!  Thank you, Emmies.

Emmies also found these balls.  The babies loved the balls!

The big kids got to hunt eggs, too.
Here are some pictures of them with their baskets.

The big kids played pin the nose on the bunny.  They chewed gum and then put their gum on the bunny face - after spinning around - with their eyes closed.

There were prizes like bubbles!

Momma is laughing here - I promise.

While momma and daddy helped clean-up, I got to play with Ruben and Alex.  Here I am giving Ruben hugs.

(Uncle Bill took most of these pictures.  Thank you very much!)
